Festival of Lights at the DC Temple

Last night we went to the DC Temple for the festival of lights. It was really nice but doesn't compare to temple square at Christmas time.

It was probably the coldest night we have had yet though. We were freezing! At least it hasn't snowed here yet. Apparently it just rains and ices up here in the winter and doesn't snow very often.

they had a live nativity scene and I really hope they had a space warmer in there because it would be so cold to do that over and over all night in the freezing weather. It was a great missionary tool though. In the visitor center there were tons of members of the church but there were also many investigators as well. The missionaries were kept very busy.

So we've been really lazy about updating and looking at updates on ours and others blogs. You guys look like you're having so much fun and seeing so many fun places. Maybe someday us, the Condies, and the Hansens can plan a big long road trip out to visit you guys and see the sites. There would have to be a big van involved though to carry us, our kdis, and our luggage. We missed you guys at the anual halloween party.
