Best Concert We've Ever Been To!

This is an incredible time to be living in the DC area! We have witnessed some amazing events and feel very fortunate for the opportunity to be here. On Sunday we went to the Inauguration Kick off Concert which was held on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. We were not very close to the actual concert because of the thousands of other people there, but it was still really cool. We could see everything on the Mega trons and we could here everything perfectly over the loud speakers. Here are the best pictures I could get from where we were...

The Celebrity guests that spoke were: Denzel Washington, Jack Black, Steve Correll, Tom Hanks, Jamie Fox, Morissa Torma, Ashley Judd, and Rosario Dawsen.
The Performing artists included: Bruce Springsteen, U2, Beyonce, Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige, Sheryl Crow, Jon Bon Jovi, Bettye LaVette, Shakira, James Taylor, Pete Seeger, John Legend, Usher, Josh Groban, John Mellencamp, Garth Brooks(which was our favorite part) and some others were involved but I don't know exactly who they were.

Just about every amazing singer you could think of from every different genera of music was there. It was great!
