Three years can go by so fast! I can honestly say that we are even more in love today than we were the day we got married. I know that you are probably gagging on how cheesey that was but it is true. I made a good choice and I couldn't imagine my life without Abe, he is the best!For our Anniversary this year I didn't have big plans in mind considering Abe's brothers were still here till about 4:00 that evening. Abe asked me if I wanted to go out to eat, and I said no. I had been having one of those days where nothing sounds good and eating is more of a chore than anything else, so I didn't want to waste money on food that I didn't really want. So when we got home that night Abe changed into comfortable clothes and heated himself up some dinner, and just as he was about to take his first bite, it dawned on me what I wanted...I wanted a steak! So I sheepishly asked Abe if it was too late to go out to eat for our Anniversary. He looked at the food he had just made and as patiently as he could he told me that he would be happy to still take me out.
So off we went to Outback steakhouse, yeah! It was exactly what my body wanted, it just took me all day to figure it out. While we were there I told Abe about a drink I had there once years ago that was no longer on the menu. It was a virgin, pinia-colada, lemonade. It was the best drink I had ever had. So we described it to our waiter in the off chance they knew how to make it. He brought the bar tender out for me to describe it to him. He didn't have high hopes for how it would taste but said he would give it a shot. He made it and surprised himself at how good it was. They asked me my name and said that if I ever come back to just ask for the "Meg special" and that is what they would call it from now on. So if you ever find yourself at the Outback Steakhouse in Herndon, VA, you can order a drink named after yours truly. haha.
We had a great time and afterward Abe was definitley scoring bonus points by taking me to the grocery store to buy me whatever kind of icecreame I wanted! Girl Scout think mint ice creame is the best ever, that's all I've got to say.
It was a great Anniversary, and an amazing 3 years! Love you babe!!!!

I almost bought the thin mint ice cream the other day, but I'm totally hooked on Heath Bar ice cream right now and in the end, I couldn't buy anything else.
That's so cool.. if we ever make it out there I am def. game for the Meg Special. That's awesome. You are a superstar meg. Don't let your stardom go to your head. I may now have to Hollywood your name into Abeg or Meabe. Happy Anni!
Happy Anniversary you guys. That's pretty amazing and sweet of Abe to spend that money on you for your anniversary. you guys make a great couple and it's exciting to see what this next year will bring
