Utah Shower Continued

Warning: There were just too many good pics to choose from so be prepared to see a lot of pictures in this post.

Before you are amazed at how super cute my shower was I want to thank the people that planned, cooked and decorated everything.

My mom, who hosted, planned and helped cook.

Abe's mom Carolyn who helped with food.
My sisters Melinda and Lissa, who also helped with the yummy food.
And my best friend Brooke who I don't even have a picture from the shower of because she was the one that took all of these amazing pictures and also brought all of the decorations.
Not that I am thanking myself but I have to brag about the stinking cute "Two Peas in a Pod" cake and cupcakes that I made with the help of my mom and Lissa. They are now pros at coloring fondant green and making tiny peas.

I have to say it was the yummiest cake I have ever made, Chocolate Fudge cake with 2 layers of raspberry filling and chocolate mousse. Then frosted with butter cream icing. I am making myself hungry just thinking about it.

Lissa's pasta salad that everyone raved over.
My mom's famous bread sticks.
And her ambrosia fruit salad.

And Melinda made the famous Mint Brownies I have been hearing about for over a year and hadn't tried till this. They lived up to the hype.
Brooke my creative friend brought all of these cute decorations and drove through the night from Las Vegas to be there.

Abe mostly hid downstairs with my dad and Brooke's husband Cody and their kids but we caught them sneaking up for some of the food.
Actually I forgot that my dad helped decorate with Brooke a little.
From left to right: Abe's mom Carolyn, my Aunt Joan, my Aunt Laura and Abe's sister Amy who is so excited about the babies that she can hardly contain herself whenever she gets around my belly.

(mom, cousin Sue and Aunt Laura)
Besides the yummy food, cute decorations and loving guests, I got some great gifts. Many I already mentioned int he last post, here are just a couple more.

After the guests had left Brooke's cute kids came up to enjoy the left over cupcakes. This is just such a classic picture of Ava holding a cupcake in each hand, her mouth full and looking so cool with her purse and her shades.
Thanks again for everyone that helped throw me a shower this year and thank you to all of my guests who have helped us prepare for our boys. I am now at 32 weeks and still going strong. We are so grateful for the love and support of all of our friends and family.
My belly thanks you!

Still to come: One more shower to post about and my maternity pictures.

What an awesome shower! You have definitely been showered with love! I LOVE your hair blonde.. I actually love whatever you do with your hair but I'm a total fan of the blonde! You look amazing and I can't believe that you have less than 2 months to go!
