Thanksgiving 2008

This was my first Thanksgiving ever away from my family and while I did miss everyone in UT we ended up having a really great day. Abe's little brother A.J came down from New York and we went to our friend's, the Cramer's, for Thanksgiving dinner. My friend Sarah and I both cooked the meal and I have to say we did a pretty darn good job.

The boys and Toby pre-diner

Dinner was great, we stuffed ourselves till we were full and then everyone pitched in to do the clean up...ummmmmmm... actually this is what happened after dinner.
The women cleaned up everything after 2 days of planning preparing and cooking. Abe is the only one that helped, he finished carving the turkey and put anything left over from the turkey into bags. Thanks Abe.

This is Abe before we asked him to help us with the turkey
and here are the other boys after the meal.
Again the women still slaving away in the kitchen. It was a yummy meal, but I can definitely see why it is a once a year thing now that I have done the work for it myself.

Tada! Abe and I got this as our birthday/Christmas gifts to eachother!

I'm glad you guys had a good Thanksgiving. We were able to go to Utah so that was fun. And how typical that the women continue to do the work...props to Abe for helping out.

I need you guys' address for Christmas cards. Can you email it to me at hhferguson@gmail.com?
